We take every precaution to ensure that our valued customers are 100% satisfied with our products, including acceptance and pre-shipment inspections. However, in the unlikely event that our service is not up to par, please follow the procedure below to return the product.
- Please be sure to send us an email when returning an item in any case. 541trading.oregon@gmail.com Please be sure to include the reason for the return and your order number. We may refuse your return if we cannot verify that the item was purchased from us.
- We will only accept returns of products if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Please be sure to ship the products and all items included in the return package. We may refuse your return if the original product and packaging are not in new condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of having been used or wetted for any reason.
How to return your package
- Please use a trackable shipping service for returning. We are not responsible for any loss of items during shipping.

By placing an order, you agree to our return policy.
1. In the case of returns for the customer's convenience
- We accept returns only for unopened and unused items. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used or is found to be damaged. We will return the product to the customer's responsibility.
- Please send the return shipment within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. After that time, the return will be refused and may be sent back to the customer's responsibility.
- A restocking fee (15% of the merchandise) will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the shipping cost of the purchase will not be refunded. If shipping was free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded
- Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to order another item, please place another order.
2. If the product is damaged
- We guarantee all our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. In the unlikely event that our products are defective, we will provide you with the option of either a new replacement or a full refund. This warranty does not apply to products that we determine have been misused or abused.
- Please return the product within 21 days of receipt.
- We will not charge any shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
- We will send you a replacement product, but if we do not have it in stock, we may ask you to cancel your order.
- We may ask for a photo of the item if necessary.
3. If the product you receive is different from what you ordered
- Please return the product within 14 days of receipt.
- We will not charge any shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
- We will send you a replacement immediately upon receipt of your return.
