[HOKURUSHIDOU] Mamezara (Small dish) Akabeko

It is painted with a technique called "Fuki-Urushi," in which lacquer is repeatedly applied to the wood and then wiped off.
The texture is characterized by the grain of the wood.
All the work is done and painted by hand.

Akabeko is a local toy of the Aizu region and has been used to ward off evil spirits in children. 
After 2020, more and more people are buying to pray for the end of new coronavirus infections.
